Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for achieving the assigned Sales and Collection targets for MOM and YTD.
2. Responsible for preparation of sales activity records (DSR) and generate reports for the management.
3. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
4. Identifies business opportunities by evaluating prospects and researching sales options.
5. Sells our Service and product by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
6. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
7. Identifies Service and Product improvements or new Service and Product by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
8. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
9. Maintains quality of service and products by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
10. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must have a minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Dubai or other emirates.
2. Must have a valid UAE driving license.
3. Applicants working in Waste Management, Facility Management, Logistics, and FMCG industries will have an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Background in the food industry is an advantage.
