The Business Development (BD) Executive is responsible for sourcing and closing property management related deals, buildings/properties for exclusive leasing and sale for commercial and residential properties, as well as valuations. The BD Executive will refer prospective clients to Strata Global.
Reporting to the Director of Property Management, the Business Development Manager plays a critical role in helping the company achieve its mission, vision, values, and strategic profit objectives.
The BD Manager also works closely with the Director of Leasing to source and close deals, and interacts frequently with vendors, VIP clients, and government officials to expand their personal network.
The incumbent is responsible for maintaining the highest quality of customer and client satisfaction while actively seeking out and developing new business. Success requires developing a collaborative work ethic within the teams, understanding the property market in detail, and actively creating new business development opportunities for the company.
