Position Overview:

The Business Development Executive Texas will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and generating sales for our software and digital service offerings within the Texas market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about tech, client engagement, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads via digital outreach, cold calling, networking, and local channels.
  • Pitch company services to potential clients, present tailored proposals, and close deals.
  • Understand client requirements and match them with our SaaS and digital service offerings.
  • Manage and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, project planning, and solution alignment.
  • Use CRM software to manage pipelines and report on performance metrics.
  • Attend local events or virtual meetings to represent the company and expand the network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in tech or SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of the Texas business market and local networking channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
