We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Holiday Homes Division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the real estate sector, with a solid understanding of property management and short-term rental operations. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about growing a high-quality portfolio of holiday rental properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the short-term rental and property management market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and developers
  • Support the onboarding process for new properties, ensuring seamless integration into the portfolio
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, inform pricing strategies, and monitor competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, and customer service) to ensure smooth execution and high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate, preferably within property management or short-term rentals
