Conduct thorough market research to identify potential referral sources and opportunities for business growth. Complete initial market research within the first month and update quarterly.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as office managers, school administrators, sports club coordinators, and community leaders.

Actively engage with target groups through visits, presentations, and networking events to promote healthcare services.

Track and report on business development activities, referral sources, and patient volume to measure the effectiveness of strategies.

Work closely with the medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient referrals and excellent service delivery.
