Edge Resourcing - Business Development Executive

Edge Resourcing is seeking a Business Development Executive for an international law firm with a well-established marketing and business development team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting fee earners in preparing bids, advising on best practices, gathering information, and drafting documents.
2. Managing the bid process from alert to de-brief, including planning and preparation.
3. Maintaining bid toolkits, databases, and tracking systems.
4. Organizing bid opportunities and pipeline systems to maximize fee conversion.
5. Developing project case studies and supporting sales activities.
6. Conducting research on clients, targets, colleagues, and competitors.
7. Collaborating with the Regional Head of Marketing to target activities.
8. Preparing rehearsals for meetings and presentations, managing support materials.
9. Performing post-meeting de-briefs for feedback and follow-up planning.
10. Assisting in developing marketing collateral and organizing events.

Ideal Candidate:

• Polished, degree-educated, articulate, and well-presented.
• At least 2 years of experience in a B2B marketing environment.
• Confident interaction with senior management and partners.
• Experience working within a partnership is a plus.
