About the Role

We are urgently looking for Business Development Executives to join our team immediately. The role requires professionals with proven healthcare experience, preferably in the radiology field, who can drive referrals for MRI, CT, USG & Mammogram services. Candidates must have strong connections with healthcare providers and the ability to deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & pursue new opportunities: Source leads through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Build strong relationships: Engage with referring doctors, hospital administrators, and clinic managers to enhance referral pipelines.
  • Sales strategy & execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve referral and revenue targets.
  • Market analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regional developments.
  • Presentations & proposals: Deliver compelling pitches to promote radiology services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, paramedics, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Performance tracking: Maintain accurate sales activity records using CRM tools and provide management reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Development within healthcare (preferably radiology/diagnostics) in the UAE
  • Established contacts with general practitioners, specialists, and other referral sources
  • Proven ability to generate and convert radiology referrals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Must be based in UAE and available to join immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
