Overview

The Business Development Executive at LEOS is a pivotal entry-level role within our Business Development team. The primary responsibility is to expand our network of brokers and agencies, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients for our Property Consultants. This position focuses on registering new brokers/agencies and reactivating relationships with those who have previously collaborated with us but have since become inactive.

Responsibilities
  1. Broker/Agency Registration:
    • Identify and register new brokers and agencies to expand our sales network.
    • Conduct initial outreach through various channels such as cold calls, emails, and social media.
    • Organize and facilitate meetings with potential brokers/agencies to present our offerings and partnership benefits.
  2. Reactivating Inactive Brokers/Agencies:
    • Develop and implement strategies to re-engage brokers/agencies that have stopped working with us.
    • Maintain a database of inactive partners and track re-engagement efforts.
    • Conduct follow-up communications to understand reasons for inactivity and address any concerns or obstacles.
  3. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships.
    • Act as a point of contact for any queries or support needed by these partners.
    • Ensure a smooth handover of registered brokers/agencies to the Sales team for further sales processes.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for broker/agency partnerships.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the Business Development team to refine strategies and approaches.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress with brokers/agencies.
    • Prepare regular reports on registration and reactivation activities, including success rates and areas for improvement.
    • Use CRM software to track and manage broker/agency relationships and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
