Job description

Position Title: Business Development executive

Job Summary: As a Business Development executive you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and promoting our recruitment services. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and maximizing revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and research prospective clients within target industries and markets.
  2. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and networking activities.
  4. Understand clients' hiring needs and challenges to effectively promote our recruitment solutions.
  5. Conduct sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
  6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to deliver exceptional client service.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business growth.
  9. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
  10. Represent WhizzHR at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
