A dynamic business solutions company in Dubai seeks a candidate to drive business development, enhance customer support, and manage vendor relations. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, responding to customer inquiries, and handling order processing with vendors. Ideal candidates should hold a degree in marketing or business administration, possess strong networking skills, and have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The role requires excellent communication abilities and ideally, candidates should have their own resident visa.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients, partners, and new markets to expand the company’s reach and drive revenue growth.
Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster trust and secure long-term partnerships.
Create compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the value of the company’s products or services.
Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies, improve service offerings, and meet client needs.
Monitor business development activities, track key metrics, and report on progress toward goals to inform strategic decisions and improvements.
Address and resolve customer questions and concerns promptly via phone, email, chat, or other communication platforms, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism.
Analyze and diagnose customer issues accurately; provide clear solutions and guide customers through the resolution process to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to offer accurate information and support to customers efficiently.
Identify cases that require specialized attention and escalate them to the appropriate departments or supervisors, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Log all customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions into the CRM or support system to ensure transparency and tracking.
Coordinate closely with vendors for order placement, processing, and delivery tracking to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Serve as a liaison for resolving vendor-related issues such as delivery delays, product defects, or order discrepancies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Maintain consistent communication with vendors to confirm order status and resolve any open concerns; ensure updates are shared with internal stakeholders.
Conduct cold calls to potential customers and vendors for business development, introducing services and building initial relationships.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling and outreach activities, contributing to the sales pipeline.
Initiate and nurture connections with prospective vendors and clients, laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships.
Perform timely follow-ups and document all outreach activities and results in the CRM or lead management system.
