JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to identify new sales opportunities, generate new customers, and report competitors’ activities in the market. The role holder calls for a well-presented staff member with competent selling and negotiation skills. This position should have a high-level ability to build long-lasting and significant relationships with customers and team members.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Identifying new customers as per the approved pricing matrix through door-to-door campaigns
  • Wallet top up for all sign-up customers to ensure retention and continuity of purchase
  • Accurate data collection and system entry for the confirmed sign ups
  • Annual achievement of sales from signed up customers
  • Report competitors’ activities and offers in the market
  • Maintain a reasonable split between regular priced and discount priced sign ups
Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in direct selling or door-to-door campaigns
  • Strong knowledge in the UAE market
  • Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Presentable, approachable and strong communication skills
  • Must have good negotiation and analytical skills
  • Must have valid UAE driving license
