Responsibilities :
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to maximize company growth
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors
Create and execute business development strategies to meet sales targets
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close business deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market analysis
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
