Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated candidate with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE’s IT consultancy sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in professional business development activities, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cultivate Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain robust connections with key decision-makers to foster trust and collaboration.
2. Identify Opportunities: Proactively seek new business opportunities by conducting thorough market analysis.
3. Deliver Innovative Solutions: Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Professional Networking: Set up and conduct meetings with prospective clients to discuss their needs.
5. Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
6. Demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers.
7. Schedule demo sessions with potential customers to convert leads.
8. Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc.) and maintain relationships.
9. Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development or account management, preferably in the IT sector.
2. Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and handle rejections with resilience.
4. In-depth market knowledge and research skills.
5. Strong time management and planning skills, with the ability to travel as needed.
