Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking, leading to sustainable growth.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations that clearly articulate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and client onboarding.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that maximize profitability while meeting client needs and expectations.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to enhance the company’s visibility and establish thought leadership.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies that could impact business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; relevant advanced degrees are a plus.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech or consulting sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and sales automation tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable for international roles.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex information.
