Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, medical centers, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
Use methods like cold calling, networking, and social media outreach to generate leads and prospects for healthcare training programs.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their healthcare training requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Promote the company's healthcare training services, focusing on value propositions such as compliance, professional development, and operational efficiency.
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders like HR managers, training coordinators, and healthcare executives.
Schedule and conduct sales meetings to present training offerings and discuss how they meet client needs.
Provide personalized consultations to ensure that client training needs are accurately understood and addressed.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with senior team members.
Work with the training and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions align with service offerings and are deliverable on time.
Provide feedback to the training development team based on client input to help refine training materials and services.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and client feedback.
Assist in preparing regular sales reports for senior management.
Attend healthcare industry events to expand your network and stay informed on industry trends.
Represent the company at local and regional events to generate interest in training solutions.
Foster excellent customer relationships by following up with existing clients and addressing any issues or concerns.
