JOB PURPOSE :

Strategy benchmarking, continuous improvement, and analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Liaise with management to develop business plans for the company.
2. Implement plans for strategic marketing of the company's products.
3. Provide an enabling environment that complements the company's business plan towards better profitability.
4. Optimize processes involved in business development as the organization's representative.
5. Acquire knowledge about the organization and apply it in daily duties.
6. Understand the organization's operations, opportunities, competitive landscape, and market trends for better service delivery and profit.
7. Identify potential leads to establish a solid profit-making foundation.
8. Collect and share industry and market intelligence with staff and management.
9. Collaborate with staff to execute company plans and business development activities.
10. Evaluate trade associations and professional bodies that can positively impact business practices.
11. Liaise with relevant staff in proposal development and track success ratios.
12. Evaluate cross-marketing opportunities and assist with initiatives.
13. Work with marketing staff to strengthen organizational integrity.
14. Participate in marketing programs.
15. Ensure proper execution of new business initiatives.
16. Oversee continuous improvement activities.
