Qualifications

  • Experience in engineering consultancies/construction (minimum 2 years).

Business Development Executive

Job Description

Assist the projects director with administrative and engineering tasks, plan new marketing initiatives, develop quotes and technical proposals, network and research organizations and individuals for new opportunities, attend conferences and industry events, develop business growth goals, and ensure they are met. Present weekly/monthly updates on sales progress, manage existing clients creatively, and meet minimum annual sales targets. Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, regional planning, or related fields.
  • Minimum two years of experience in engineering consultancies/construction.
  • At least one year of experience in marketing or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse cultures.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve complex issues with limited guidance.
  • Good research and self-learning skills.
