SITEC Quality Group is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team in the United Arab Emirates as a Business Development Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market reach within the UAE. The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our overall strategy for business development.

Key Responsibilities in Business Development, Sales, and Client Acquisition (UAE)
  1. Lead Generation: Identifying potential business opportunities and leads through networking, research, and outreach.
  2. Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business success.
  3. Market Research: Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify potential growth areas.
  4. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments like marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of business goals.
  5. Reporting: Tracking business development performance and providing regular reports to senior management.
Required Experience and Qualifications for Business Development Executive in UAE
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role within the UAE market.
  3. Proven track record of successfully generating new business and managing client relationships.
  4. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the business landscape in the UAE.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
