Your Role
  • Own your territory's growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed progressive goals.
  • Forge new partnerships: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and by building sustainable long-term relationships.
  • Act as a consultant to your customers and position internal resources to deliver value in terms of reducing their inventory carrying cost or automating their supply chain processes.
  • Be a market expert: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to pinpoint emerging sales opportunities and competitive trends, informing your sales approach.
  • A basic understanding of supply chain processes to help position the First Flight suite of products with customers as a one stop shop solution to customers.
  • Collaborate for success: Work seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency.
What You\'ll Bring
  • Strong communication skills, can do attitude and a pleasing personality.
  • Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in any field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive sales experience specifically within the courier or logistics industry.
  • A sound understanding of the road freight industry in the UAE (FTL/LTL) with demonstrated success of winning opportunities and delivering continuous growth month on month.
  • Preferably a sound understanding of the air and sea freight industry in the UAE with demonstrated success of winning opportunities and
  • Proven Success: A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Industry Acumen: A strong, in-depth understanding of the courier industry\'s dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Communication Prowess: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that captivate and persuade.
  • Organizational Excellence: Superior organizational and time management abilities, allowing you to manage a diverse pipeline effectively.
Experience
  • Courier/Logistics/Freight: 3 years (Required)
  • FTL and LTL: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification
  • UAE driving license (Required)
