Job description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with expertise in selling building materials, sealants, adhesives, and silicon gel to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our high-quality joinery products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in selling products like building materials, sealants, adhesives, or silicon gel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates with less than 5 years of experience will be shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target new business opportunities in the joinery market, including builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and developers.
  2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to expand the customer base.
  3. Promote the company’s products and services to potential clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements.
  4. Provide clients with product information, quotations, and lead times, ensuring all details are accurately communicated.
  5. Manage and oversee the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
  6. Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
  7. Provide accurate information regarding client orders, preferences, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth project execution.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
  9. Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  10. Collect feedback from clients to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
