Business Development Director – Trust & Fiduciary Services

We're working with a well-established, global provider of corporate, fiduciary, and fund administration services. With a strong brand, long track record, and a solid Dubai platform, they’re now doubling down on business development — and looking for a senior player to lead growth across Trust & Fiduciary Services in the region.

This isn’t a farming role. They want a hunter — someone who knows how to originate. You’ll come with deep networks among intermediaries, private banks, legal and tax advisors, and the UHNW segment. If you’ve got a book, they’ll back you with full structuring, delivery, and client support infrastructure.

What They’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in fiduciary services, wealth structuring, or private client advisory.
  • Strong footprint in the UAE market — you’ll already know the gatekeepers, advisors, and client channels.
  • Deep understanding of trusts, foundations, PTCs, offshore / onshore structuring — especially across DIFC, ADGM, RAK ICC, BVI, and Cayman.
  • STEP qualification preferred but not a dealbreaker if you’re commercially sharp and technically sound.
  • Proven track record of origination and closing, not just servicing.

  • Is currently in a senior BD or client-facing role at a trust company or multi-family office in Dubai and looking for more autonomy, better commission, or a seat at the table.
  • Comes from a legal, tax, or private banking background and has transitioned into a commercial fiduciary services role.
