Business Development Director Hospitality (Bilingual)

Job Purpose

This role involves developing, leading, and managing the hotel segment within the OSN B2B portfolio, aiming to accelerate strategy execution and achieve sales targets across MENA.

Responsibilities

  • Define future requirements of the hotel industry for in-room entertainment and identify OSN’s role in enhancing guest experience.
  • Establish relationships with decision-makers at hotel HQ and local levels, including international brands and local franchisees.
  • Develop partnerships with aggregators, distributors, and OEMs to meet sales and renewal targets.
  • Implement strategies for market penetration, revenue growth, and product development across MENA.
  • Manage existing hotel business channels through Telcos like Evision and du.
  • Expand hotel business through other Telcos such as STC, Zain, Ooredoo, Mobily, and Orange.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team, providing performance feedback.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Create a positive work environment through dedication, enthusiasm, knowledge sharing, honesty, and support.
  • Maintain high standards and operate within legal and company policies.
  • Display confidence, openness to new ideas, and resilience in facing challenges.
  • Continuously develop personal skills through training and staying updated on products and processes.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of business experience, with at least 2 years in sales management with budget responsibility.
  • Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Experience in selling enterprise solutions to the hospitality sector.
  • Established networks in MENA’s hospitality, telco, or system aggregators, especially in KSA.
  • Strong negotiation, data analysis, planning, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Self-motivated with strategic insights and a results-driven approach.
