Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Director to lead and expand our Business Development within the FX & CFDs brokerage industry . You will be responsible for executing BD initiatives and managing a team of Business Development Managers to drive revenue growth across key markets.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of individual BD experience and 2+ years of managing BD teams in a target-driven FX & CFDs environment. A strong commercial mindset, deep client acquisition knowledge, and ability to maximize client lifetime value are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Managers and Senior Managers.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for acquiring new IBs, partners, and clients, and for managing existing portfolios.
  • Drive acquisition of high-value IBs, affiliates, and institutional clients.
  • Build market presence through prospecting and industry events.
  • Define and implement regional and global BD strategies.
  • Manage team P&L, sales forecasting, and revenue reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during client onboarding.
  • Monitor market trends and drive business innovation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of BD experience in FX & CFDs industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of FX & CFDs products, trading platforms, and partner programs.
  • Proven success in hunting and farming client portfolios.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and manage P&L.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
