Business Development Director – Events & Exhibitions

We’re seeking a Business Development Director for our Events & Exhibitions division.

From corporate and private events to large-scale trade shows and festivals, you’ll be at the forefront of building our client portfolio, driving revenue, and expanding our market presence across the UAE.

What You’ll Do :

  • Own the business pipeline – from identifying and targeting leads to closing high-value deals
  • Bring in new clients across the corporate, government, and private sectors
  • Lead proposal development, pitch presentations, and RFP / tender submissions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative, customized event solutions
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings
  • Drive consistent revenue growth aligned with strategic targets
  • Have 5–10 years of proven success in business development within the UAE events & exhibitions industry
  • Come with a strong network of potential clients and industry contacts
  • Have a track record of bringing in business, not just servicing accounts
  • Be skilled in closing long-term, high-value contracts
  • Understand how to lead pitches, pricing, and commercial negotiations
  • Think strategically, act fast, and deliver results
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or similar
