Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director with strong experience and understanding of the digital marketing industry. Working with the local team and supported by the London Epsilon team, you will have access to a range of cutting-edge digital solutions to win clients. This is a quota-carrying role where your success depends on closing business.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Deliver annual revenue targets by closing new contracts with direct clients outside of Publicis Groupe, selling Digital Media & Onsite Optimization solutions to enterprise-level accounts.
  • Maintain a strong consultative selling approach, developing opportunities and closing deals.
  • Generate and lead opportunities through all sales stages from prospecting to signing.
  • Experience selling complex, multifaceted platforms to mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Who You Are

  • What you’ll bring:
  • 5-7+ years of solutions-based sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

  • A robust network of contacts across various verticals such as retail, travel, finance, auto, and FMCG.
  • Ability to think dynamically, navigate challenges, and engage with senior stakeholders in complex sales processes.
