Who We Are Looking For

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will join our growing Sales team in Middle East, Africa, and Turkey (MEA&T), focusing on opening the market for Provenir and building a new customer base in the Middle East (GCC) and North Africa. You will drive revenue growth and be responsible for all sales aspects, including strategy, prospecting, lead qualification, discovery, proposal, contract negotiation, and closing. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mindset. This is a remote role, ideally based in Dubai, UAE, but candidates in other GCC countries or North Africa (Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco) will also be considered.

What You’ll Do
  1. Refine the go-to-market strategy for MENA, covering direct and partner channels, marketing strategy, and target accounts.
  2. Execute a repeatable sales process from lead generation to closing.
  3. Build and maintain prospect relationships through communication and follow-up.
  4. Develop a partner network via trade associations, data partners, etc.
  5. Participate in events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  6. Utilize CRM to track activities and competitive information.
  7. Engage with inbound leads and conduct account research.
  8. Arrange product demos and discovery calls to identify customer needs.
  9. Prepare proposals, SOWs, and sales presentations.
  10. Collaborate with Customer Success to identify upsell opportunities.
  11. Report weekly sales forecasts and performance metrics.
  12. Engage with senior decision-makers to drive growth.
  13. Manage procurement and contractual processes.
  14. Apply a consultative sales approach to align solutions with client needs.
Qualifications, Strengths, and Skills
  • 8+ years’ enterprise/SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience in Credit Decisioning solutions or Credit Risk is a major advantage.
  • Proven success in selling technical solutions in Middle Eastern and North African markets.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS technology sales.
  • Self-organized and detail-oriented working style.
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
  • Network within the MENA financial services industry is advantageous.
