You will work closely with the Head of Business Development, Resources, to help deliver our regional strategy with a strong focus on operational efficiency, data accuracy, sales growth, and distributor coordination. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate reporting and performance tracking across the region, providing essential support for planning, forecasting, and the achievement of business targets.
This position is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations and strategy. By aligning data, systems, and processes, you will create the foundations for effective business development and meaningful customer engagement. The role also offers clear ownership of defined areas, while contributing to broader strategic projects in collaboration with colleagues.
We are looking for an individual with a degree-level education, plus a solid understanding of international sales. You will bring a strong combination of analytical skills, operational focus, and customer orientation. With experience supporting sales or business development teams, you are confident in managing data, systems, and processes that enable strategic decision-making.

We support a hybrid working culture and offer flexible arrangements to suit your needs; noting that this role is predominantly office-based, requiring regular presence at our Dubai office in Business Bay for - days per week.
