Business Development Consultant IT Services

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Consultant IT Services to join

our fast-growing Information Technology and Services team. In this key role, you will be at the forefront

of driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and forming

strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of IT services, proven sales

expertise, and the ability to craft innovative strategies for market penetration.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding our company s presence in the UAE market and beyond,

working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet client needs. This position

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth and Revenue Generation :

Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Achieve set revenue goals by acquiring new business and nurturing existing client relationships.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with high-potential leads.

Drive lead conversion rates to secure contracts and meet revenue targets.

Expand market presence by penetrating new regions or sectors.

Client Relationship Management :

Establish and sustain meaningful relationships with potential clients and partners.

Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive activities to refine offerings.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Ensure client satisfaction by collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Supervise and mentor business development executives to achieve performance goals.

Provide coaching and professional development to team members.

Foster a collaborative team environment to drive consistent results.

Reporting and Analysis :

Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, key performance indicators, and

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Partner with marketing and operations teams to align efforts and enhance service offerings.

Work with pre-sales teams to create effective proposals and solutions for clients.

Requirements

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or

related fields.

Experience : Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the IT services sector.

Skills :

o Strong knowledge of sales strategies and business acumen.

o Excellent communication and presentation skills.

o Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and lead nurturing techniques.

o Expertise in cold calling and email outreach.

o Proven ability to independently drive results and collaborate with teams.

Additional Advantage :

o UAE IT Service Sales experience and valid UAE Driving License.

Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Salary : AED 6,000 - AED 8,000 per month + Incentives

Location : Dubai, UAE (Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting

work)
