Job Description:

1. Develops an intimate knowledge of the area of operations, operational capacity, and capability, acting as the link between sales and delivery.
2. Represents Via Medica International at trade shows and seminars.
3. Manages product ownership for the Via Medica International Remote Site Medical Staffing Solution, including development and regular review of related policy documents, approval matrices, templates, presentations, proposals, and contracts.
4. Develops and updates key support documentation for tenders, including Country Service Portfolios relevant to various territories.
5. Prepares proposals for clients in response to major bids and Requests for Proposals, supporting other Business Development Managers as needed.
6. Establishes procedures for Major Projects, Bids, and RFP responses, ensuring clear guidelines and coordination among stakeholders.
7. Tracks and manages the company's pipeline, providing reports and summaries to the CEO.

Requirements:

1. Experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
2. Male (preferred).
3. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Associate.
