We currently have an opportunity for a Business Development Associate to join our Dubai team. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience, support strategic growth initiatives, and develop your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You'll Bring

• Oversee and manage the full business development process to support regional growth objectives.
• Maintain and regularly update the CRM system (transitioning to Microsoft Dynamics 365) with client information, business opportunities, and sales pipeline data.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute company-sponsored marketing and networking events, including facilitating pre- and post-event briefings.
• Conduct in-depth market research using platforms such as BNC Market Intelligence to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
• Assist the senior management team in preparing proposals, presentations and other client-facing documents.
• Manage vendor registration and pre-qualification processes for new and potential clients; maintain a register of companies with which each TBH entity in the Middle East is registered or pre-qualified.
• Collaborate across departments to implement growth strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Coordinate and facilitate key business development meetings
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of target clients, including organizational mapping and identification of key decision-makers.
