The Role

You will be responsible for :

1. Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
2. Developing strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
3. Building financial models to analyze and assess real estate projects.
4. Monitoring portfolio investments through regular risk and performance analysis.
5. Researching new investment opportunities and conducting thorough due diligence.
6. Preparing reports and providing recommendations to assist decision-making.
7. Participating in legal documentation, deal structuring, and financing processes.

Ideal Profile

1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within real estate.
