Business Development Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our fast-growing AI startup in Dubai. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing proven experience in cold calling and a passion for building relationships to drive business growth. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and contributing to the company’s expansion in the AI industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored AI solutions.
3. Manage and track leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.
4. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities in the AI and tech sectors.
5. Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
7. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
2. Proven track record in cold calling and generating leads in B2B or B2C settings.
3. Experience in tech, AI, or SaaS industries is a strong plus.

Location & Commitment:

1. Willing to work 5 days a week on-site in Dubai, UAE.
