Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in business development or strategic support, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); project management, or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion, professionalism, and a high level of organization.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Deep knowledge of feasibility studies and market analysis
- Good knowledge of financial analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Office in identifying and evaluating new market and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies across regions.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and briefing notes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Help manage ongoing projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups are met.
- Coordinate communications and schedules with external partners, consultants, and senior contacts.
- Liaise cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., business, operations, finance, and marketing) to support strategic execution.
- Assist in the development of business models, financial projections, and performance trackers for new initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support growth strategies.
- Maintain and organize business documentation, legal files, contracts, and market intelligence databases.
