Minimum of two years’ working in a similar capacity, with law firm experience is essential.
• Working with the business development manager to prepare responses to Requests for Information (RFI), Expressions of Interest (EOI) and capability statements across all sector and practice areas.
• Maintaining the Proposal Tracker with details of all relevant pitches and updating the tracker to record win/loss etc.
• Playing an active role in maintaining and improving team precedents and processes.
• Assisting with client relationship management programmes including collation and analysis of client feedback.
• Website: Working closely with the lawyers to generate articles.
• Social media: Working closely with the marketing executive to generate content for LinkedIn & Twitter.
• Create an event schedule for both internal and external events, including webinars.
• Managing internal events from start to finish, including venues, permits, invitations, presentations and AV.
• Liaising with event organizers regarding pricing, branding, panel and moderator slots.
• Assist in the preparation of Legal directory submissions (Legal 500, Chambers and Partners, Who’s Who Legal) and awards.
• Ensure the firms brand guidelines are followed on all external and internal artworks and publications submissions.
