Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development and Events Executive to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, strategic partnerships, and event management within a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You’ll be a key support in expanding our business reach while developing professional skills under the guidance of senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in identifying and generating new business leads.
  2. Conduct outreach to potential partners, collaborators, and clients.
  3. Support in pursuing and securing large-scale business deals.
  4. Coordinate and participate in events—from planning, scheduling, and logistics to on-site execution.
  5. Upsell and cross-promote products and services as per a pre-defined target.
  6. Work closely with the Marketing Department to ensure the procurement of the required collateral and event structures.
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of business growth strategies.
  8. Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
  9. Work closely with the Business Development team and receive mentorship from all heads of department.
  10. Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned to support the overall goals of the business.
