This is a great opportunity within our dynamic Dubai-based sales team, dedicated to managing and expanding relationships with Government clients across the region, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia.

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a territory rich in opportunity. Your role will be approximately 80% account management and 20% new business, ensuring long-term success and sustainable growth across a high-potential client base.

You will:

  • Build and deepen trusted partnerships with existing government clients
  • Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities within your accounts
  • Lead strategic consultative sales conversations with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrate how Euromonitor’s market research tools drive informed decision-making
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and proposals to closing and renewals
  • Own and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Travel to Saudi Arabia (30%) to meet clients and deepen market insight
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent in Arabic is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in B2B consultative sales – ideally with exposure to the public sector or government markets
  • Strong account management skills with a proactive and commercially minded approach
  • Excellent networking and stakeholder management capabilities across complex organisations
  • High level of self-motivation, ownership, and drive to exceed targets
  • Experience in creating and executing strategic account and territory plans
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
