Job Responsibilities
  • Engage in market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop a network of operational contacts to support the Business Development Team.
  • Develop business proposals for existing and new customers.
  • Set up and manage alliances with hospitals, medical centers, embassies, and corporate clients.
  • Develop innovative strategies for client retention.
  • Perform analytical preparations for growth opportunities for management.
  • Acquire knowledge of the healthcare market and competition.
  • Generate analysis and insights based on facility and market data.
  • Generate new contacts and sales leads for the hospital.
  • Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
  • Lead collaborative partnerships with physicians, community facilities, and employers to foster effective referral patterns and care coordination.
  • Follow up on new and potential business opportunities.
  • Organize training and workshop programs.
  • Implement marketing, advertising, and promotional plans by attending healthcare events and exhibitions locally and internationally.
  • Assist in expanding the business locally and internationally and promote the clinic.
  • Demonstrate self-direction, creativity, and sound judgment in responsibilities.
  • Maintain open communication with colleagues throughout the clinic.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience in business development, especially within the healthcare industry.
  • UAE experience preferred.
