The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially savvy, and passionate about delivering innovative solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the parking systems sector in the UAE market. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - Track and report on sales performance and market feedback. - Represent the company

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field. - Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the parking systems or related industries. - Strong understanding of market research and sales principles. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Results-oriented with a strong focus on meeting targets and delivering value to clients. - Fluency in English and can speak Arabic. - Willingness to travel within the UAE as required.
