Business Developer (Russian Speaker)

Blue Collection Real Estate, among the top 7 real estate agencies, awarded by Aldar, is expanding its Holiday Homes division and looking for a dynamic Business Developer to drive growth, partnerships, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to expand our Holiday Homes portfolio
• Identify and build relationships with property owners and investors
• Negotiate deals, contracts, and partnerships to maximize revenue
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends
• Promote our services to potential clients and partners
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance brand visibility

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent Russian speaker (English is a plus)
• Experience in Holiday Homes, Real Estate, or Hospitality
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Excellent communication and networking abilities
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to grow
