We are looking for a dynamic Business Developer to drive unit acquisitions, build relationships with property owners, and contribute to our expansion.

• Identify and onboard new property owners to our holiday home platform.
• Meet a monthly target of at least 3 new units, with tiered incentives for higher performance.
• Negotiate contracts and manage owner relations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, unit listings, and revenue data.
• Develop strategic partnerships to expand our market reach.
• Ensure units are listed and live before incentives are paid out.

Incentive & Compensation Structure:

• Competitive fixed salary with a tiered commission structure.
• Incentives start at 3+ units per month, with higher earnings for self-generated leads.
• Agent-referred leads earn a lower incentive to balance commission payouts.

Performance Bonus:

• AED 1,250 for onboarding 4-5 units
• AED 1,400 for maintaining 6-8 units
• AED 1,550 for maintaining 8+ units

Desired Candidate Profile

What We’re Looking For:

Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Experience in real estate, hospitality, or business development is a plus.
