Activities

1. Competitive strategic analysis: Analyze market segments and TBE performance; propose business strategies per segment.
2. Events & sponsorship: Organize and communicate at local and national events to showcase products and partnerships.
3. Participation in internal and external events: Engage in training, forums, etc., to support commercial growth.
4. Technical applications: Ensure correct product use per standards; promote technical support through field presence.
5. Pricing: Develop recommended pricing indices; provide technical information to support after-sales and product upgrades; offer remote customer support.

Accountabilities

• Support business growth through product launches, upgrades, services, and digital tools.
• Enhance the technical knowledge of sales teams to better serve customer needs.
• Contribute to developing industrial target markets.
• Monitor markets and propose strategies aligned with commercial and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with Group HSEQ Charter, MAESTRO requirements, and affiliate policies.
• Maintain exemplary conduct regarding HSE; adhere to company compliance and export control policies.
• Report non-compliance or violations promptly.

• Basic knowledge of lubricants

Education
