As a strategic partner in workforce solutions across Europe and the Middle East, we operate in various industrial sectors such as Construction, Oil, Energy, and others.

As part of our expansion in connecting top-tier contractors and freelancers with industry-leading projects, we are seeking a Business Developer and Account Management professional experienced in the Oil & Energy Sectors.

Tasks

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the oil and energy sectors seeking outsourced engineering and project management services.
  • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers to understand their project needs and offer tailored solutions.

Market Analysis & Strategy Development:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the Middle East and GCC regions.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company’s client base and market presence.

Collaboration with Contractors & Freelancers:

  • Source, evaluate, and establish partnerships with qualified contractors and freelancers, including engineers and project managers, to meet client project requirements.
  • Ensure that all outsourced personnel align with client expectations and project specifications.

Contract Negotiation & Management:

  • Lead negotiations to finalize contracts with clients and outsourced personnel, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with regional regulations.
  • Oversee contract execution and manage any arising issues to maintain project continuity and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in Oil & Energy sectors, focusing on outsourced services in the Middle East and GCC regions.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software/tools.
