A well-established business consultancy is seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Officer – B2C to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the business setup process in the UAE. In this role, you will work directly with individual entrepreneurs and small businesses, guiding them through company formation and licensing processes, and helping them launch their ventures successfully.

Total Salary : AED 3000 to 5000 aed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote business setup services to individual clients and small businesses (B2C).
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads, inquiries, and consultations.
  • Provide expert advice on company formation, trade licenses, and visa-related services.
  • Prepare and send customized business proposals and quotations.
  • Follow up with potential clients, close deals, and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction and referrals.
  • Stay updated on UAE business regulations, free zone options, and licensing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in business setup, company formation, or related services in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE business setup processes (mainland, free zone, offshore).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused, with a proactive and consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
