This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing, high-impact firm that works with global giants and prestigious brands across Luxury, Finance, Private Equity, and Service industries.

You’ll be supporting strategic and operational transformation projects—ranging from growth strategies to omnichannel performance optimization and executive coaching—with a focus on real, responsible, and human-centered change. Ideal for a high-potential candidate with experience in strategy consulting or a Big Four advisory team.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to high-impact consulting assignments across strategy, operations, and organizational change
• Support in designing tailored solutions for client challenges, grounded in innovation and performance
• Conduct research, analysis, and presentations with strong visual communication
• Engage with senior client stakeholders and contribute to project delivery
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary and experienced consulting professionals
• Support project coordination, documentation, and client relationship management

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a management consulting firm
• Graduate of a top-tier engineering or business school (Master’s level or equivalent)
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a strong plus
• Excellent in PowerPoint, Excel, and other modern productivity tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
