Company: MIRAD Group Location: Dubai, UAE Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Format: Full-time, office-based Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based bonus About the Role: At MIRAD Group, a Business Consultant is a strategic expert who guides clients through the full lifecycle of business setup and development — from business diagnostics and planning to company registration and legal support. This role combines legal precision, business strategy, and deep local knowledge of UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities • Conduct diagnostics of clients' business models, identify risks and growth opportunities • Develop business strategies, KPIs, roadmaps, and project plans • Advise on UAE and international law in the context of business operations • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and corporate documentation • Manage company registration and licensing in Free Zones and Mainland UAE • Liaise with government authorities: DED, DLD, MOHRE, DHA, Municipality, Immigration, DDA, Customs, FTA • Lead projects from initial client request to full service implementation • Design tailored corporate structures and compliance strategies • Conduct client meetings, consultations, and prepare commercial proposals • Deliver training sessions and internal knowledge-sharing across the team or with client staff

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business consulting (UAE-focused) • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, or Economics • Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written) • Proven expertise working with at least 15 UAE Free Zones • Practical experience with Mainland company registration in at least 3 Emirates • Ability to design tailored business solutions based on client requests • Solid understanding of UAE federal vs. international law frameworks In-depth knowledge of procedures and authorities: • DED, DLD, MOHRE, DHA, Municipality, Immigration, DDA, Customs, FTA • Skilled in client communications, legal structuring, and project delivery • Highly organized, strategic thinker, and results-oriented
