Job Title: Business Consultant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support clients with company formation, business licensing, and corporate advisory services in the UAE. A strong understanding of business operations, regulatory frameworks, and client management is essential. Basic Arabic language proficiency and a background in commerce or a related field are required.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist clients with company formation (mainland, free zone, offshore) and license renewals.
  2. Provide guidance on legal structures, regulatory requirements, and documentation.
  3. Coordinate with government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zones) for processing business-related documentation.
  4. Conduct market research and feasibility studies for client proposals.
  5. Prepare and present business plans, proposals, and reports as needed.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
  7. Support in the translation and review of basic Arabic documents.
  8. Monitor industry trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business consultancy, company setup, or corporate services in the UAE.
  • Excellent in English (written & verbal) and basic knowledge of Arabic.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general business software.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
