Qualifications

We have an opportunity for the position: Business Application and ERP Coordinator

Location: UAE (Ras-Al-Khaimah)

Assignment Duration: Contract - Fixed Term (12 months, extendable)

Work Schedule: 5/2 from 8am to 5pm

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in ERP implementation and transition projects, focusing on SAP and/or Oracle Fusion
• Deep knowledge of SAP and Oracle Fusion systems, including configuration, customization, and integration
• Experience with data migration: data mapping, transformation, and validation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to migrate from SAP to Oracle Fusion with minimal business disruption
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, finance, operations, and other departments to gather requirements, define objectives, and set timelines
• Lead data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and accuracy through extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading

Certifications:

• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA
• Oracle Certified Specialist - Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Implementation
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
