We are seeking an experienced Business Application and ERP Coordinator to lead and manage the transition of our ERP system from SAP to Oracle Fusion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both SAP and Oracle Fusion, and a proven track record in overseeing successful ERP transitions. This role requires exceptional project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive transition plan to migrate from SAP to Oracle Fusion, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT, finance, operations, and other departments, to gather requirements, define objectives, and establish project timelines.
Conduct a thorough analysis of the existing SAP system, identifying critical processes, data, and integrations to be transitioned to Oracle Fusion.
Coordinate with Oracle Fusion implementation partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration and customization of the new system.
Lead data migration efforts, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading, while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of Oracle Fusion.
Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Conduct post-transition assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimize the performance of the Oracle Fusion system.
Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP implementation and transition projects, with a focus on SAP or Oracle Fusion.
Proven track record of successfully managing ERP transitions in large and complex organizations.
Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
