Overview of the role:

Ensure the timely preparation of MIS reports. Assist the Manager with market analytics and budgeting. Support the MIS Manager in building new systems and KPI dashboards using Alteryx, Tableau, DataBricks, and Power BI. Handle ad-hoc data and MIS information requests as necessary.

What you will do:

• Organize and manage MIS reports, contribute to budget reports, and assist the immediate manager in new initiatives, projects, and operations.
• Support and develop new systems, reporting, KPI dashboards using Alteryx, Tableau, DataBricks across UAE and international markets.
• Maintain all data related to MIS and budget preparation accurately each month to ensure correct reporting.
• Assist in preparing and completing the annual budget for the department within the specified timelines.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, data preparation, and distribution to sales managers.
• Ensure accuracy of Sales & Gross Margin and expenses before month-end closing.
• Liaise with business finance and divisions for expense/income validation and booking.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and monthly flash reports, ensuring timely submission.
• Coordinate with finance on sales target confirmation, incentive validation, and expense booking monthly.
• Calculate rebates and campaign schemes for brands annually.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Adhere to QMS departmental SOPs.
