Q-Express Documents Transport in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to manage capacity operations for AMET. You will combine SQL data analysis with Excel-driven reporting to enable fast, fact-based decisions across multiple teams.

You will design and track metrics, automate data retrieval from diverse sources, and present insights to stakeholders. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work in a fast-changing logistics environment to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL and advanced Excel.
• Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, Tableau).

Responsabilités

• Data analysis by writing ETL queries in SQL/Datanet platforms.
• Highly proficient with MS Excel.
• Enabling effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
• Analyzing and solving business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities.
• Designing new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support the future state of business processes and ensure sustainability.
• Understanding tools and processes and driving seller adoption.
• Communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
